I have shin splints.

YAAAAYYY. Not.

It actually really sucks. And it hurts a lot. I have to go to physical therapy for it. And I can’t play soccer. Which doubly sucks.

Soccer is the one sport I’m really good at. So when I can’t play, I have deprival problems.

Withdrawal problems.

But that’s okay. No big deal.

So high school is almost over. I’m 3/4 of the way done, at least with my freshman year, which is relieving.

It’s not that I don’t like school, it’s that it’s exhausting. And we get so much homework every night.

But I’ve made a lot of new friends and I’ve met tons of new people.

So it’s okay.

I’m so glad that it’s summer. I feel like I’ve been waiting forever! My family’s here. My cousins. It’s nice having them here, cause I’ve barely been doing anything this summer. I mean, I’ve been hanging out with my friends and playing soccer and sleeping. That’s basically it. Oh, and going to the movies Tuesday I saw two movies. How To Train Your Dragon and Karate Kid. They were both really good. It was my second time seeing Karate Kid, though. Ahh I’m so tired and I don’t know why. It kinda makes my mom worried. Okayy I’m gonna go. Byeee

Sorry, I haven’t updated in months! I’ve been soooo busy! I have graduation (May 28th), my school’s class trip, soccer, dance, and a bunch of other things going on right now. I also have two sprained toes . You”ll never guess how I got them. Ready? I got them by kicking my cousin in the leg (Sorry Johnathan!). It made the grossest cracking noise EVER! It was pretty yucky Eww, I’m so exhausted. Today was our first day back after Spring Break. Spring Break was amazing. I can’t wait for summer though. Neither can my friends. They keep writing SUMMER all of the backs of their notebooks and stuff. Everybody was falling asleep in class today. All the classrooms were SO COLD!!!!!!!!!! My fingers felt like ice. It was sad It’s gonna take me forever to adapt back to being in school. I’m so used to sleeping in until like 9:00 haha. So I hate having to wake up at 6:00 now. SO TIRING!!! But I guess it’s okay, school is important, blah, blah, blah. And I know that. But that doesn’t mean I have to like it, does it? So anyway, comment and let me know what’s new with you guys. I haven’t been on in forever! I have so much to say, I don’t know if it will all fit in this little box thingie! Oh, well, I’ll say it anyway. Okay, so a few days ago I turned thirteen. (Yay, yay, yay!) Yippee! Okay, so anyway this Saturday to Sunday, I’m having the HUGEST party that I’ve ever had. There’s gonna be like 20 girls sleeping over my house on Saturday, (the actual party is on Sunday) and then on Sunday the boys and everyone else is coming to the party. It’s SOOOOO exciting! I also can’t believe how much snow we’ve gotten. I like sunk into the snow. My friend Julia got stuck! We had a snowball fight with my other friends Jeannette and Jo (<3 <—– you guys get your own little heart-tilt your head sideways) and plopped around in the snow, and then we went to Jo’s house and watched “Elf” and ate popcorn and jello applesauce and hot cider. Then we came to my house and pushed each other into the snow piles. It was so fun! Earlier today, though, I went to my friend Jeannette’s house, where Jo was, and we were just hanging out. It was awesome! Today seemed like such a short day; it went by so fast! Ugh, I don’t wanna go to school tomorrow! I want it to be Friday so that my friend Siobhain can be coming over! (you get your own heart too-<3) It’s really awesome. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, everyone, I’m super excited for tomorrow. Tomorrrow, first, in the morning, I have a interview at WORT radio at 8:00 a.m. That kind of sucks, and is kind of awesome. It sucks because I can’t ride the bus tomorrow morning, but it rocks because I get to be on the RADIO!!!! *shrieks in excitement*. So, yeah, I’m pretty excited for that. And then, later tomorrow, I get to have a sleepover with two of my friends, Emma and Jeannette. Love you guys! I’m really excited

Today we lost our first soccer game . It was, sad, yeah, but we all played really hard and it was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the field was super muddy, soggy and gross, so when we shot for a goal, the ball would stop short, or bouce once and get mud all over the goalie’s face. It was kind of funny .  Tonight, I’m going to go see 500 Days of Summer with a bunch of kids in my class. I’m excited, because it’s a late showing, (8:45) and it doesn’t end until about 10:00. I was surprised that my mom let me go, but I’m almost 13 so… I guess it’s okay. Haha! I’m getting ready for the Wisconsin Book Festival (www.wisconsinbookfestival.org check it out!) this Friday. I’m excited because it’s presenting my book, and I can invite “a bookload of friends” as my mom said, and they can sleep over! I don’t know who all to invite! I also have to get ready for my Science test this coming Friday, and I have to turn in our Science board game (Sci-Opoly((a form of monopoly)) . Okay, well, that’s all for now! Bye!

Oh my gosh, sorry, I haven’t written in so long! I’ve been so busy with 8th grade starting and all. Yup, I’m officially in 8th grade since August 26, 2009. It’s great so far, I love it! Okay, so on September 30, the 8th graders at St. James School went to State Street and played music (guitars), and then gave lunches to people! It was great! I loved it. It was really funny, because a bunch of the kids in my class, (including me), linked together (arms) and skipped up and down the street. It was ridiculously incredible! I don’t really know what else to say, because this is pretty new to me again, so I’ll just tell you what I have to do every week. Mondays I have soccer practice and dance,  Tuesdays I have Honors Band, Wednesdays I have dance, Thursdays I’m free, and Fridays I’m free. So yes, I’m a pretty busy kid. Okay, well, I think I’ve written all that I can think of, so bye!

I’m back home now. I have a soccer game tonight and our team name is the “Firefox”. Isn’t that awful? My friend Annika suggested “Firecrackers”, and my friend Rodney suggested “Inferno”, and my cousin Christian suggested “Red Fox” and somehow for some reason we chose “Firefox” even though about 90% of us disagreed with it, including me.

Sorry I haven’t been writing a post for a while, but I’m in beautiful Seattle right now!!!!! I’m having a great time chillaxing!!!!! This is my second time being here! I’m here with both of my parents, my aunt, and my grandmother. My dad just got his Doctorate degree in Transformational Leadership. CONGRATS, DR. DAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
